That is the most pitiful anvil I have ever drawn.

Admittedly, the only forging I've seen was on one of the Highlander movies.

Yes, "rurn" it. It's like "ruin", but more rhotic. The correct past tense version of "rurn" is both "rurned" and "rurnt". What? I'm from the South! We're one of the world's pockets that have extra R's and vocabulary deviations. Emotie: :)

One of these days I'm going to do an extensive study of the accents of Europe and the immigration patterns to the New World. I think it'd be neat to see which accents stuck and which ones mutated. I know here in the South we got a lot of Brits and Scots, and it still shows through both our physical features and our accent.
