About the Webcomic

Just Another Day basically revolves around the misadventures of one character, and whichever companions she's currently around. After several site lurkings, forum postings, and general oddities she's gotten into, she is now coming out of hiding... and hopefully will be a little more successful than the first time she peeped up.
Shanku was also a name I used for a while, and strangely she developed her own personality and style when I had to figure out how she'd look as an avatar on a forum one time. Hence, how Shanku came about.

There was a brief debate of naming this either "Just Another Day" or "Tomorrow's Another Day", since no matter how terrible or how grand things are now, there's always another day for them to change.
(I hadn't been to OnlineComics.net in over two years before the second chapter, so I didn't know how many other sites share this name.)

If this goes well enough, I'll start introducing a handful of other characters from the other two batches. Just Another Day's cast is the first, Shanku's friends at Thorn Rose Castle are the second, and a firefox & company is the baby of the family.
Miss Firefox will soon be needing a new home, as I can no longer let her run rampant on the RPG site she started on, partially due to lack of ability to get online and partially to irritations with other users who had issues with playing fair.

The HTML contents of this site is comprised mostly of tables, divisions, and lists. No frames, script, graphics, ActiveX, videos, or other really time-consuming-to-load files have been set in; all images are strictly in the galleries, the comic section, and the external links section. Site banner is 19.3 KB, background is 37.5 KB. The page file sizes are all under 50 KB.
If any of the pages are slow to load, it is either from the extra (and highly unwanted advertising and scripts) that GeoCities so graciously "blesses" all of its sites with, or your connection speed is on a starve diet. Just Another Day was designed to be as user friendly as possible concerning load time.

A girl from the Southern USA with interests in HTML, manga/comics, rock music, Karate, and learning German. Took two years of Latin and Spanish (barely remember any of it), and college may or may not happen depending on how seriously I want to get into scripts, codes, and programming.

A little too aggressive sometimes, but I rarely follow through with any threats. And I hate to have to fight for real, instead of for play.
